So fired up after an incredible trip we just had. We have been seeing 300’s and 400’s eating tube mackerel’s as of late. The stars aligned up for us on this one. 200’s, 300’s and a 413lber were decked. Multiple’s of 200’s and 2 Super cows were landed by Barry Cohn 308lbs and Nicole Denette’s 302lber. Congratulations to Kevin Boyle for his incredible catch of 413lb yellowfin tuna. It was caught on a Super Seeker 6463 4x, Okuma Makaira 50, Tuff-Line 130lb braid, Izorline 135lb leader and a Mustad Sea Demon R39943NP-BN 9/0 hook. This beast ate a double cabbie on a balloon rig on February 7th at 10:00 am. Fish taped out at 86″ long x 62″ 413.23lbs. We have seeing fish greater then 400lbs daily. Just had a conversation with a local that weighed a 550lber in a market. That fish was caught on commercial longline gear. Now is the time to get down here if your interested in catching giant yellowfin tuna. Contact us at ConstitutionSportfishing@yahoo.com, Constitutionsportfishing.com or our 877-304-5094. Rolled back in from our annual 3.5 day Mark Mayada charter. Weather kicked us in the nuts on day one and we did not have any luck hooking any fish. Day two the wind backed off just enough to get our groove going. Capt Ernie Prieto of Chubasco Sportfishing and his father joined us with hopes to get Ernie Sr a chance at a cow. A double cabbie balloon rig got his personal best 208lber. Throughout the day our anglers connected on one cow after another. After 2 days of fishing our group landed 11 cows from 208 to 287. Congratulations to everyone. What an incredible trip we just had. Super Seeker 6463 4x’s and 2X4’s matched up with Okuma Makaira 30’s and 50’s with Izorline floro 80 and 130 & Mustad sea demon ringed 7/0’s made this happen for us. We be here to keep this rolling here. Looking forward to our next 3.5 day Puerto Vallarta Fishing trip. Wish us luck. Capt Keith

Capt Jesus and I just arrived from Erika’s 3.5 day trip with huge success.

eric-tunaCows!! Multiple anglers were are commenting on how stoked to be able to capture their personal bests with us on the last five trips. After a long list of duties, we had a chance to take a nice break at the yacht club. A call came in from Brandon Hayward. He stayed at Paradise Village after a great trip with us where his personal group landed six cows up to 315lbs. His request was to check with the hotel to see if his clothes that were left behind at the hotel were still. Not only he left his clothes he also left 1540.00 in his pocket. We are proud to have five stars Paradise Village Marina and Resort is our choice to keep our vessel docked, but to refer our anglers and their families a place that is safe and secure. Capt Keith.

Good Morning from Puerto Vallarta. Just tied up to the dock on our annual Nick Rekrut ” Chivo” 3.5 day Charter. 8 personal bests 5 cows and lots of fish from 170-190lbs. 2 anglers on this had the sun shining on them the whole trip. Joe Stephenson had 2 fish 216 & 219lbs and Pat Hayden’s took the big fish category for the trip with a 232lber and a 201lber. We had Dave Brilhante jr. take the fist days jackpot honors with his personal best tuna at 121lbs on the double cabbie balloon rig. Half of the fish were hooked on the flylined cabbie and he only her half on the double cabbie balloon rig. Super Seeker 2×4’s & 6463 4x’s uncut matched up with Okuma Makaira 30’s and 50’s landed all the fish onboard. We load the 30’s with Tuff-Line braid 100 & 130. We are really happy with these Seekers and Okuma’s. We feel it’s the perfect rig. Mustad Sea Demon 4x 6/0 & 9/0 circles held on to these animals. Multiple times we had 4-6 anglers on 170-200+ pound fish. Congratulations to all the anglers and a huge thank you to Nick Rekrut for leading his group to success. Capt Keith, Capt Jesus, Capt Evaristo, Capt Hunter, Deckboss Albino, and Chef Antonio.
